To achieve this, we have developed two digital solutions:
Store&Save, a platform for the hypervision of grain storage sites and their thermometry
Plan&Save, a platform for managing the agricultural supply chain

Our team of over 85 employees, spread across France (Lille, Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon), Germany, Denmark, and soon the US, enables more than 1,000 users to manage no less than 15 million tons of cereals worldwide. In this context, we are looking for a Sales Manager US, to lead Javelot’s market entry and expansion.

Your role at JAVELOT:
Reporting directly to the CEO, and collaborating closely with our US Account Executive, you will play a founding role, responsible for building partnerships, driving growth, and shaping the company’s local strategy.
This position is designed to evolve into the General Manager of Javelot Americas, leading a growing regional team.
Your missions include :
Build & Execute market strategy :
Define and implement Javelot’s go-to-market plan for the U.S.
Identify key market segments and growth opportunities.
Establish revenue goals, KPIs, and pricing strategies.
Continuously refine commercial approach based on customer and market feedback.
Drive Growth & Partnerships :
Develop strong relationships with cooperatives, grain traders, and agri-business partners.
Lead proposals, negotiations, and long-term partnership agreements.
Represent Javelot at key trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Focus on strategic partnerships over one-time sales, ensure continuous value and expansion with clients.
Lead & Build the Team :
Build and lead the US business development team
Set targets, track performance, and promote a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Help recruit and develop the future U.S. team (Technical coordinators, Account Managers, Customer Success associates)
Collaborate Across the Group :
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams in Europe.
Share customer insights to align product evolution with U.S. market needs.
Partner with Javelot’s Technical team for successful on-site implementation.
Contribute to building a scalable operational framework for the U.S. branch.
Follow up with clients to handle upsells and contract extensions effectively.
Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in AgTech, SaaS, or related industrial B2B sectors.
Proven record of market development and strategic sales success.
Experience mentoring or managing team members.
Strong understanding of U.S. agricultural markets and commercial practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working autonomously.
Fluent in English, French proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically (up to 50% of the time) and occasionally to Europe.
